US pharmaceutical company Merck & Co, through its subsidiaries, has divested six of its brands to Zydus Healthcare.
Zydus Healthcare, which is a subsidiary of Ahmedabad-based drug maker Zydus Cadila, acquired the brands Deca-Durabolin, Durabolin, Sustanon, Multiload, Sicastat and Axeten. Pharmaceutical products under these brands focus on men’s and women’s health, wound management and cardiovascular therapy.
