White & Case advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a lender on the project financing for the Digital Seoul 1 (ICN10) data centre project in Seoul’s Sangam Digital Media City.
ICN10 is a multi-storey facility spanning 22,000 square feet, designed to accommodate 12MW of information technology load. It will be developed by data centre real estate investment trust Digital Realty and managed by PIA Investment Management.
