W&H Law Firm has added Duan Aiqun as a senior partner in its Beijing office.
Duan, who was a senior partner at Kangda Law Firm earlier, focuses on finance and securities, and corporate M&A. He was involved in the expert group of legislative drafting of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Law of the Ministry of Finance and served as the deputy director of the All-China Lawyers Association’s Finance and Taxation Professional Committee.
He had drafted and demonstrated the Law for Tax Collection and Management, and Insurance Law.
