Richard Grasby, an offshore private wealth expert, has joined Appleby as a partner to lead the Hong Kong office’s private client and trusts practice.
Grasby’s practice is in private wealth, succession planning, trusts, family office and related matters. He is a former Hong Kong STEP chair and a current executive committee member and sits on special interest groups for STEP Worldwide. He is also a Hong Kong Trustees Association member and an elected member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
Grasby has worked for leading law firms such as Maples and Ogier, and was a partner of Charles Russell Speechlys.
