Wadia Ghandy & Co has opened a new office at Museum Cross Road in Bengaluru with Pinaz Mehta as head of the new branch.
Mehta is a lawyer and solicitor, with more than two decades of expertise in diverse practice areas including dispute resolution, general corporate advisory, contract law and M&A.
She has experience in corporate and commercial arbitrations, shareholder dispute resolutions, intricate insolvency management, pre-dispute advisory, and complex banking and M&A transactions. She has also worked on comprehensive general corporate advisory services.
This expansion into Bengaluru deepens Wadia Ghandy’s presence in six major cities across India.
