Job Description
A unique opportunity for a proactive and collaborative lawyer to join a fast-growing legal team of a world-renowned investment bank advising on a range of technology, IP, and data privacy matters in Beijing or Shanghai. As a vital part of a dynamic and collegial legal team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to their entities and business units over a wide variety of technology and data initiatives in the PRC.
Requirements
You will be a PRC-qualified technology commercial lawyer with experience from 5 to 7 years’ PQE and a strong knowledge of data privacy/security aspects. Prior technology legal advisory experience within the financial services sector and in a fast-paced environment is preferable. Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese are required.
