After 15 years working at Withersworldwide as a senior associate, Hong Kong-based family lawyer Vanessa Duff joins Charles Russell Speechlys as a partner.
As a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong, Duff has extensive experience advising professionals and entrepreneurs on all aspects of family law, spanning divorce, financial arrangements and separation, and especially Hong Kong-European jurisdictional disputes. Duff is also an expert in dealing with complex financial and disclosure issues such as inherited wealth and family businesses.
With international connections, she contributes to the private wealth practice of Charles Russell Speechlys by advising on marital-related agreements, and mediating and settling private financial dispute resolutions.
