Ashurst’s formal alliance in Singapore, Ashurst ADTLaw, has hired Chok Zheng Kai, the former senior associate of Allen & Gledhill, as an associate director in its corporate real estate practice in Singapore.
Chok started his legal career at Allen & Gledhill in 2015 and has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, divestments, sales and leasebacks, management, development and leasing.
Specialising in corporate real estate transactions, Chok’s clients come from corporations, private equity property funds, investment trust managers and property developers in Singapore and across the region.
