Job Description
This prestigious real estate management corporation is seeking a talented lawyer who can readily integrate into this energetic team based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be accountable for the provision of legal advice and support on all transaction-related negotiation, deal structuring, legal document drafting, and due diligence.
Requirements
You must be a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in M&A, PE, and cross-border transactions, preferably gained in reputable law firms or in-house legal teams. Preferred candidates have a local education background and/or a law degree from SG/HK/US/US/Canada plus in-depth experience negotiating transactions in Vietnam. Fluency in written and oral Vietnamese and English is necessary for the role. REF: 16091/VTA
