The Thai capital markets team at American concern Hunton Andrews Kurth, led by Yaowarote Klinboon, has made a fresh start this year in moving to regional law firm Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok.
Klinboon joins the new firm as a partner and head of capital markets, alongside senior associates Karinevidch Olivero, Phatamol Phisitbuntoon, and Sittiwate Jewsittiprapai, and associate Wisara Harnchonboth.
With more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets, Klinboon is experienced with securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the US Securities Act, the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading’s rules and regulations, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s requirements.
She also advises companies on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and M&A, as well as issuers and underwriters on international and domestic offerings of equity and debt instruments.
