Su Hao has joined the Haiwen & Partners in the firm’s Beijing and Hong Kong offices as a partner. He was previously a Beijing-based partner at Morgan Lewis.
Su is qualified to practice in England, Wales, Hong Kong and mainland China. He specialises in M&A, private equity and financing, with a focus on the energy industry covering cases in multiple jurisdictions including Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America.
He has advised Beijing Gas Group on the acquisition of a 20% stake in Verkhnechonskneftegaz, an oil and gas development company owned by the Russian state-owned company Rosneft.
