Spice Route Legal has opened an office in New Delhi. Located close to the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court, its premises will house the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution and risk mitigation practices as well as its banking, restructuring and insolvency practice.
The office will be headed by Neeraj Chaudhry, a litigator with more than 26 years of experience in banking, restructuring and insolvency disputes, particularly in the areas of debt recovery, debt restructuring, securitization, asset reconstruction, insolvency litigation and cross-border arbitration. Chaudhry has worked at Seth Dua & Associates, Kochhar & Co and Dhir & Dhir.
