A top US law firm is looking to add a senior US qualified DCM lawyer to its team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will need to have solid lead associate DCM experience acting for investment banks and issuers on various types of debt securities offerings matters. Prior structured finance experience would be a big bonus. Opportunity to work with leading partners in the field and very competitive remuneration on offer.
