Job Description
This UK multinational law firm is seeking a Singapore qualified Senior Associate to support its corporate team based in Singapore. You will work closely with a dynamic team advising a wide range of clients on cross-border corporate and private equity/venture capital transactions across Southeast Asia and China.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have backgrounds in corporate or fintech and have the ability to run acquisition transactions and capital-raisings independently, working with the MAS and regulators. Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance and corporate governance in Singapore is highly desirable. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is necessary as you will need to communicate with colleagues and clients from Mainland China. REF: 16003/VTA
