Job Description
This leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level hire to boost their busy corporate practice in Hong Kong. It is an excellent opportunity to utilise your working knowledge of primary market regulation on notable transactions. Requirements
Candidates with a Magic Circle or top US law firm experience and over 6 years’ PQE on compliance matters related to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code are sought. A positive attitude to dealing with external parties and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is necessary. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly desirable.
