Following a successful Beijing conference in April, India Business Law Journal’s sister publication, China Business Law Journal (CBLJ), will be hosting the CBLJ Forum 2019 (Shanghai) at the city’s Grand Hyatt Hotel on 12 November 2019.
This time, the forum’s theme will be “Seizing Cross-Border Opportunities – Managing Global Risks”. In the midst of global geopolitical uncertainty, in-house counsel at companies engaged in cross-border businesses face formidable challenges. The CBLJ Forum will address these challenges, as well as current opportunities, in the areas of cross-border business and investment. The event will also provide a platform for thought leadership and the exchange of ideas and business solutions between Chinese and international business leaders and legal professionals.
The one-day forum has a packed programme consisting of four morning and eight afternoon sessions. The Shanghai forum is co-hosted with Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, Benchmark Chambers International and the Shanghai Equity Exchange Centre, in association with exclusive media partners Sina Finance and Lvdao, and special partner LAW+.
