Vernon Voon, who joined RHTLaw Asia as a partner in 2015, has returned to the Singapore firm as a partner to lead its debt recovery practice after a year-long career break.
Having practised in debt recovery for almost two decades, Voon’s expertise spans contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty, provisional liquidation as well as the winding up of companies, trusts and contentious family law matters. He also has extensive experience in the recovery of unsecured and secured debts, and resolution of complex payment issues related to debentures, bonds and other financial facilities.
Prior to his stint at RHTLaw, he was a partner at Tan Kok Quan Partnership for more than seven years.
