Corporate lawyer Vivian Ji has started a new journey as a partner at a global law firm Reed Smith after leaving Hong Kong boutique corporate finance specialist Jeffrey Mak Law Firm.

Ji, formerly a partner at Jeffrey Mak Law Firm, had also previously worked at the Chinese law firm AllBright and various international law firms in Hong Kong.

She has represented international clients in handling IPOs, bond issues, corporate finance and M&A transactions, in particular various types of bond transactions. She mainly specialises in corporate finance-related legal services, including but not limited to debt offerings of both large-scale state-owned and private enterprises.
