Pinsent Masons has advised on two China-related listings on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller and growing companies.
Global Lock Safety (International) listed on AIM in October and CIC Mining Resources listed at the beginning of November.
Global Lock Safety provides alarm units, guard response, anti-theft insurance and other security services. CIC Mining Resources is a consulting and advisory company, operating primarily in the mining and energy infrastructure sectors in China, with links overseas to major mining markets such as South Africa and Australia. It assists in finding strategic partners and pre-IPO funding for its client companies and their projects.
