Job Description
Our client is a well-known law firm with strong presence in Hong Kong and Greater China, and it is now looking for a partner to help build out its PE practice. Team moves will be considered. This role can be based in Hong Kong or one of the firm’s China offices. Native Mandarin a strong advantage but not a must. ABLJ8930
Requirements
The successful candidate is expected to be technically strong in PE transactional work (not PE formation), and also should be well-connected in this space. Some portable business is preferred, although the firm has a loyal and varied client base which the right candidate will be able to draw on to grow out his or her business.
