Job Description
This global law firm is looking for a Paralegal to join its busy corporate team with a collaborative and international outlook from a base of Hong Kong. The work coverage will include corporate finance, M&A, corporate restructuring, and general corporate commercial work.
Requirements
Previous paralegal experience gained from a well-established corporate practice and good law firm training in general is required to succeed in this position. A law degree is highly desirable. Fluent English and Chinese skills are mandatory. REF: 16302/VTA
