Macleod Dixon will join its fold on 1 January 2012.
Macleod Dixon has over 250 professionals in seven offices in Canada, Latin America, Russia and Kazakhstan. Its key practice areas are business law, commercial real estate, energy and resources, litigation, mining, securities, tax and technology.
