Nishimura & Asahi has completed a significant rebranding endeavour and launched a foreign law joint enterprise, now operating as Nishimura & Asahi (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo).

This transformation aims to align the firm with the evolving legal landscape, ensuring its international standing and value to clients remain unparalleled, Nishimura & Asahi (GJK) said.

This proactive approach aims to adapt to changing market dynamics within the legal industry, as Nishimura & Asahi (GKJ) seeks to position itself as a leading law firm on the global stage, emphasising its international reputation and capabilities, the firm said.

The previous Kanji variations of the firm’s logo had been modernised to convey a more dynamic and contemporary identity, enhancing its visibility and appeal to regional and international clientele, it said.

The firm’s foreign law joint enterprise boosts collaboration between Japanese and non-Japanese legal professionals, significantly enhancing services for a broader client base on cross-border matters.
