Nishimura & Asahi has hired a banking and finance partner, Adrian Joyce, as the foreign law head of project finance and asset finance in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Joyce joined from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner in the banking and finance group in Tokyo for 11 years.
Kei Ito, a senior partner of Nishimura & Asahi’s finance group, said that the firm was delighted to welcome a partner with longstanding experience and a loyal client base, as well as strong reputation in the market. “We look forward to welcoming Joyce to Nishimura and to our group, and I am confident that Joyce’s extensive expertise will further enrich and support the work of our firm.”
