Nishimura & Asahi has hired a banking and finance partner, Adrian Joyce, as the foreign law head of project finance and asset finance in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Joyce joined from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner in the banking and finance group in Tokyo for 11 years.

Joyce is fluent in Japanese and has experience advising sponsors and lenders on cross-border energy, asset and infrastructure finance transactions. He also regularly advises on the financing of renewables projects including in the wind and biomass sectors.
