Mourant has appointed Michael Popkin as a partner in its Hong Kong litigation team. Popkin joined from Campbells, where he was a counsel in Hong Kong. Earlier, he was with the Australian law firm Allens in Sydney.
Popkin has 25 years’ experience advising international clients on issues arising out of investment and commercial disputes in Asia, Australia and other major offshore jurisdictions.
