TVS Motor Company, India’s third-biggest motorcycle manufacturer, in October filed a suit against its competitor Bajaj Auto for defamation over a patent rights dispute.
TVS, which hired New-Delhi-based law firm Dua Associates to act on its behalf, filed a US$63 million defamation suit in the Bombay High Court.
