China Internet Plus Holding (CIP), the holding company formed by Meituan and Dianping, has raised US$3.3 billion in its latest funding round, the largest fundraising of its kind in China. The company is now valued at over US$18 billion, placing it in the world’s top 10 of highest-valued start-ups.
