McDermott Will & Emery announced Ranajoy Basu has joined its London office as a partner. Basu has a background in structured finance, securitizations, derivatives, debt capital markets and debt restructurings.
Basu joins McDermott from Reed Smith, where he co-chaired its India group and launched the firm’s social impact finance group. He is dual-qualified in England and India.
