A US law firm is looking for a legal consultant for its M&A / PE team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should have obtained a US JD or LLM from a top US law school with strong academics. Prior relevant experience from an international law firm is preferred. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
