Job Description
Are you an experienced transaction lawyer hoping to join an expanding legal team with a global operation in Hong Kong? Our client, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a transaction lawyer to join their headquarter. You will provide legal guidance and counsel on a wide range of M&A related issues.
Requirements
You must be Hong Kong qualified with not less than 6 years’ PQE with substantial experience in VC, PE, and M&A practices. The ideal candidate will have working experience in global practice. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16161/VTA
