Job Description
This Fortune Global 500 healthcare business is seeking an in-house Litigation Counsel to join their China legal team in Shanghai. You will assist in all aspects of litigation from the initial claim through trial, as well as offer counsel on a variety of dispute resolution related issues.
Requirements
You must be a PRC qualified litigator with 3-4 years’ PQE in litigation., arbitration, and dispute resolution work. Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required for the role. REF: 16120/VTA
