Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Legal Manager to join a world-class capital markets team where you will have exposure to high profile and innovative transactions. You will be working closely with a market-leading US team, advising their diverse and impressive clients on US securities laws and liability issues.
Requirements
Ideally, you are New York qualified with a JD/LLM from a top US law school and hold 2-3 years’ experience in general capital markets work, including debt equity capital markets transactions. Self-motivated candidates with strong communication and management skills plus the ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team are sought. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
