Job Description
It is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced lawyer with strong leadership capabilities to lead a lean legal team at a household beverage brand covering the Mainland China market. You will be responsible for legal and regulatory advice and contributing to business strategy with the top management. You will be trusted to offer commercially focused advice and to make key business decisions, manage risk and drive compliance.
Requirements
You must be PRC qualified with a minimum of 12 years’ PQE, and a broad exposure in IP, commercial drafting, litigation, joint ventures, and government affairs. Substantial in-house experience is required, preferable in the FMCG industry in MNCs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16303/VTA
