Job Description
A global security and safety solutions provider is looking for a Legal Director to take on a key role in supporting the business in Greater China. You will be responsible for a wide range of corporate commercial issues, including contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolutions, and internal training. You will also provide guidance to their Mainland China’s business through managing a local counsel.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Common Law qualification and have at least 10 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial practice, ideally gained in an in-house multinational corporate environment. Candidates with a regional exposure are preferred. An understanding of the construction and engineering industry and strong business acumen would be advantageous. Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese is required. REF: 16383 /VTA
