Job Description
A leading global bank is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in Taipei. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in advising on complex financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Offer legal counsel on banking and finance, covering secured/ unsecured loans, equity investments, and risk-sharing products.
- Assess legal facets of infrastructure/energy projects, draft/negotiate project finance agreements, review trade contracts, ensure compliance, and aid in project monitoring.
- 5-10 years banking and finance legal experience, regulatory expertise, adept drafting/negotiation, teamwork skills, fluency in English and Mandarin.
