Job Description
Are you a capital markets lawyer looking for a challenging and dynamic role at a marketing leading business? This Legal Counsel role is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team of Asia’s leading investment group in Hong Kong. You will be providing legal and regulatory support to the investment banking team on big ticket transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Hong Kong or US qualified with 2-4 years’ PQE in Hong Kong IPOs and equity capital markets transactions. Strong technical knowledge of Hong Kong regulations and US securities laws is ideal. A broad understanding of the financial services regulatory framework Hong Kong and solid experience in documentation negotiation is highly desirable. Chinese drafting skills, as well as fluency in English and Mandarin are required. REF: 16499/VTA
