King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has strengthened its dispute resolution and intellectual property capabilities with the addition of partner Chen Siyi and senior consultant Dai Qin.
Chen brings extensive expertise in cross-border litigation and arbitration, with a focus on commercial and criminal litigation. Having previously spent more than a decade at KWM, Chen briefly served as an in-house counsel for a Chinese internet company before returning to the firm.
With 31 years of experience in the trademark agency industry, Dai specialises in IP non-litigation and brand protection. Her areas of focus include developing corporate branding strategies and non-litigation cases involving trademarks, copyright, geographical indications, and other IP agency services. She has facilitated the recognition of well-known trademarks and the declaration of IP projects.
