DaHui Lawyers hires Shanghai-based partner Kevin Liu to strengthen its capital markets practice.
Liu, who practised at Fangda Partners, specialises in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters, particularly in the manufacturing, healthcare, semiconductor and new energy sectors.
He had advised Mindray on its RMB5.93 billion (USD824 million) listing on the ChiNext, the largest medical device IPO to date in China’s capital markets, and had represented the co-investors in Founder Group’s bankruptcy reorganisation.
