Kay Legal & Associates has promoted Shivani Shah as a majority equity partner and hired Abhijit Ranjan, a chief systems officer from Gravitas Legal, as an equity partner.
Kay Legal had demerged from Delhi-based Gravitas Legal on 31 March 2019. Commenting on the split, Ranjan said the “vision and synergy of the partners did not continue in the same direction and the best course of action was to demerge”.
