Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-expanding industry with enormous growth potential. Asia’s newest unicorn of digital currency backed by world-leading PE is seeking an ambitious and agile M&A lawyer to join their dynamic legal team to support their global expansion. You will be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, or Shanghai and work closely with founding members and business team members on all transaction matters.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer in a major jurisdiction with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE of M&As, downstream investments, corporate activities, and capital markets. Experience with the crypto asset or digital financial services business will be highly advantageous. The role requires native-level English skills and ideally Mandarin Chinese. REF: 16588/VTA
