Job Description
In house counsel will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal affairs of the Company. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure compliance with legal regulations, mitigate legal risks, and provide strategic legal advice. This role requires a thorough understanding of media advertising laws, intellectual property rights, company laws, common laws, contract laws, and dispute resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active membership in a recognized legal bar association and Thai Lawyer License.
- Proven experience as a legal counsel or in a similar legal role within the advertising industry or related.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the media advertising sector or related.
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing. Chinese speaking is a plus.
