The Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) arranged two recent events aimed at helping members to interact on topics of interest.
One of the tools used by the KPK in implementing its anti-corruption campaign is establishing an application, both in Google Play Store and App Store, called GRATis. This app is a medium for information and socialization related to corruption issues, where people can learn through an electronic handbook and games. The app teaches users by having them roleplay as a visitor to Taman Gratifikasi (Gratification Park) who must face moral decisions about bribery, explaining when and how it is allowable for a public official to receive gifts.
Meanwhile, more than 30 ICCA members attended a recent Dispute Resolution Academy event held by the ICCA in collaboration with Hadiputranto, Hadinoto and Partners (HHP). In this interactive event, Hendronoto Soesabdo, HHP’s dispute resolution partner spoke about best practice, with practical tips on the following topics: Dispute Resolution Forum – Between Court and Arbitration; and the Dos and Don’ts in Drafting Dispute Resolution Clauses.
