Zhong Lun Law Firm and Haiwen & Partners advised on Huaqin Technology’s IPO on the SSE, raising USD811.56 million from listing 724.25 million A shares.
Partner Wang Chuan led the Zhong Lun team, advising Huaqin on the listing. Team members included Hu Tingfeng, Wang Bing, Sammy Hsia, Jane P Yao, Xiao Ling, Li Meishan and Anderson Zhang.
Haiwen directors and partners Wu Zhisheng and Du Ning led the team advising the transaction’s sponsor CICC. The joint lead underwriters were CITIC Securities and CICC.
