Helena Huang, formerly a partner at US law firm Kirkland & Ellis, has joined King & Wood to lead its cross-border restructuring and reorganization practice. She will also play a role in the planned expansion of the firm’s private equity practice (including fund formation and downstream investments) and in Chinese companies’ overseas acquisitions. Huang will split her time between King & Wood’s offices in Hong Kong and Beijing.
