Himani Singh Sood joins HSA Advocates in Mumbai as a partner in the firm’s corporate and real estate practices.
Sood’s forte is in the real estate sector, including corporate and transaction structuring. She has advised leading real estate developers, financial institutions and funds on the real estate ecosystem during the past 16 years.
In addition to advising clients on routine contractual and commercial issues in this sector, she has experience in land due diligence, redevelopment under the Slum Rehablitation Authority’s laws in Mumbai, land acquisition and construction funding.
Sood was working at SNG & Partners before joining HSA Advocates.
