Harneys has appointed Han Wenhao as a partner in the litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring team at its Shanghai office. Han is dually qualified in the PRC and the UK. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. He has been an arbitrator in several international commercial arbitrations.
Han was previously a partner in the London office of Zhong Lun Law Firm. His practice focuses on complex cross-border commercial disputes and he also handles regulatory investigations, injunctions, jurisdiction disputes and insolvencies. Han’s current cases include commercial disputes and insolvencies in the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
