Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has named corporate and commercial transactions expert Connell O’Neill as a partner at its Hong Kong office.
O’Neill has directed corporate transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, including fintech, e-commerce, technology infrastructure and consumer technologies. He has experience with data privacy and cybersecurity counselling, data-driven transactions, technology transactions and outsourcing, tech sector-focused M&A and growth capital, and telecoms infrastructure.
O’Neill has also overseen major transactions across the Asia-Pacific, including in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, and provided strategic advice to clients on a range of complex and emerging topics.
