Job Description
Leading US law firm with a strong track record in corporate, M&A, and investment funds work seeks a mid to senior-level Funds Lawyer to join their market-leading team in Hong Kong.
Job Requirements
- US qualification is necessary with solid experience working in a well-respected law firm handling high-value private funds and sovereign wealth funds transactions.
- Experience in advising fund managers, leading international investment firms, investors, and global financial institutions is highly desirable.
