Alegal battle with some history is brewing again in Hong Kong between a local accounting firm and a Chinese law firm over trademark ownership.
LehmanBrown has claimed that Edward Lehman and his wife, Karolina Lehman, together with two British Virgin Islands (BVI) companies owned or controlled by them, have infringed the firm’s right to its trademark. Edward Lehman is the managing director of the Chinese law firm Lehman, Lee & Xu.
LehmanBrown is a China-focused firm with expertise in accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
