Job Description
Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a native-level Korean-speaking Associate to join their busy M&A team, and to support the firm’s initiative to develop the practice serving Korean clients based in Seoul. You will be working closely with top-end M&A partners on notable cross-border M&A deals with a focus on outbound M&A into the US.
